Designed to maximize a steep, raw Mediterranean topography, the master plan comprises two mirroring, side-by-side luxury villas engineered for absolute privacy while operating in perfect structural dialogue with one another.

To visually anchor the bold geometric masses to the hillside, the architecture balances clean lines against extensive dry-stack retaining walls built from local fieldstone. Deep structural recesses are cut into each facade, functioning as passive solar shades that shelter the expansive glass openings while forming intimate, private upper balconies.

The Master Plan & Topographical Integration

To mitigate the steep incline and ensure uncompromised privacy for both residences, the villas are staggered both vertically and horizontally.
