When the Land Sets the Rules, Architecture Finds the Solution.
Every project has a starting point. For this villa located in Volimes, Zakynthos, it was the land itself. Faced with a sharply angled, triangular plot, our design team embraced the constraint rather than fighting it. By utilizing every single degree of the property's boundary, we transformed a distinct geometric challenge into a fluid, linear dialogue with the horizon.
The final structure doesn't just sit on the environment — it actively frames it. It stands as a physical boundary that dissolves into the landscape, offering a curated, uninterrupted perspective towards the Ionian waters.
